Camp Divisions
Juniors Entering Kindergarten, Pre 1A and 1st Grade
Simcha Juniors have the most fun with smiling happy faces filled with loads of Simcha. Our daily schedule includes swimming lessons, free swim, art, computers, indoor and outdoor playground, cooking, creative movement, music… and much more. We have a warm professional staff of Morahs and counselors who provide a warm loving camp environment. The boys also have a sports coach who teaches them the fundamentals of the games. We offer nutritious lunches, snacks and door to door transportation. Our Juniors have daily Rebbe time where they learn about the parsha and middos in an fun and interactive setting. Our boys entering 1st grade have davening and learning with professional Rebbeim and then continue their day with the most wonderful and caring Morahs.
Boys Division Grades 2-7
The Boy’s Division in SDC is truly “the place to be”! For boys grades 2-7, we offer a jam packed day filled with learning, swimming, sports, trips and delicious meals. Our staff is handpicked from the best yeshivas in the Tri-State area and are committed to ensuring the safety and happiness of every camper while stopping at nothing to give them the most exciting summer of their lives.
Our boys enjoy competitive sports leagues with a focus on developing good sportsmanship and middos tovos. At the same time, through professional sports clinics, our campers are taught the fundamentals as well as fine tuning their skills in the games they love. Late nights and overnights, special activities and intense color war, are just some of the highlights that make Simcha Day Camp the best camp in the world!
Cit Division Entering Grades 8, 9, and 10
Simcha Day Camp offers a Counselor-In-Training program. The campers are part of their exclusive program. They have their own Minyan, eat breakfast and learn with a professional Rebbi. For part of the day they play sports and swim and they then work assisting counselors for the remainder of the day. This program is designed to make the transition from camper to staff member a smooth one.
In addition to our fantastic program, we are pleased to offer an additional amazing option. Many boys know that within a few short years they will be working as full-fledged staff members. As a result, we offer Simcha Sports, which gives the boys the ability to do just that. Right after davening & learning ends, from 11:00-4:30, the boys have the opportunity to spend the rest of the day as campers, playing sports, swimming in our Olympic size pool, trips, late nights, overnights & competitive CIT leagues, strictly for the boys in the CIT program.
